HEATHER SKATING CLUB

February 1, 2006

ICE SHOW: Sunday, March 5^th at 2 P.M.

Required assistance for: Props ( to be made for around boards…we want to look like Vegas) , lights for around the boards, cowboy hats,

THEME: “SALUTING LOCAL TALENT”

(J.D., George Canyon, Dave Gunning, Doris Mason, honoring Local Grads, Ballet schools, Crushers & Triple AAA’s…etc.)

Each group will have numbers made up to a piece of music, dressed in appropriate costumes & do the routine with just their group for the show…next few weeks will be spent on working on skating skills through learning routine)

FINALE: WILL BE “PRETTY VEGAS”…all skaters will skate at end of the show. *We need white bibs made to be pinned on all skaters, with Black felt lettering “PRETTY VEGAS”….any volunteers? *

Elementary Schools……We need someone to contact schools to have info about show put in their newsletters. Volunteers? ***

EASTER BASKET TICKETS: We ask everyone to take in an item for the basket…candy, toy, chocolate, shampoo, etc….

Skater who sells the most TICKETS will be presented a trophy at end of Ice Show & free registration for next year. ($150.00 value)

FEBRUARY 15TH is red & white day.
